Exceptional Screening of Caregivers:
ExcelCare prides itself on our intensive screening process when hiring caregivers.
Before setting foot in a client’s home, each applicant must go through
an interview, reference checks, a drug screen, criminal background checks in
both Kansas and Missouri, child and elder abuse checks in both states, and pass
a TB test. This rigorous screening process ensures that our clients and their
families can rest comfortably knowing they are safe under our care.
